Because I had gastric bypass, (I deal with malabsorption) and I have to take vitamins for the rest of my life. So I do I take quite a few different kinds of vitamins. And you know you need to work with your doctor to do that, to find out which kind you need to take. And if people don't do that they can get into some trouble. Like with iron deficiency. I've done very well and I've maintained my great health because of that.
